The power comes from EGO’s professional backpack battery and the ready-for-anything, rear-mounted 2kW brushless motor.

The EGO Power+ STX3800 is equipped with a manual wind bump feed head fitted with 2.4mm dual nylon line which gives a 38cm cutting width but the line feed head is capable of housing line up to 3mm in diameter. 

When it comes to operation, the STX3800 is equipped with a variable speed trigger, this means you have full control over speed and power, therefore able to work more efficiently. The light, yet amazingly strong carbon fibre shaft won’t bend or lose its shape over time, keeping vibration levels to a minimum. It is fitted with a quick adjustable loop handle.
