EGO Power+ ST1400E-ST 35cm Split Shaft 56V Cordless Grass Trimmer (Bare Tool)

Following on from the world’s first self-winding line trimmer (the EGO Power+ ST1510E), the latest ST1400E-ST model in the EGO Power+ range of cordless tools gives you even more choice in this game-changing technology. 

Trim your overgrown areas with power and precision using the EGO Power+ ST1400E-ST battery-powered grass trimmer. For comfort, the loop handle can be adjusted to suit your working style, with the added benefit of a telescopic shaft which means the height is also adjustable between 165mm and 183cm to reduce bending. 

Featuring a 35cm cutting swathe, the ST1400E-ST comes with a 2.4mm diameter twin nylon line and cuts in a clockwise rotation. Powerload™ technology offers a solution to the biggest frustrations of line replacement, it automatically self-winds your trimmer – just thread the line, press the Powerload™ button and let the tool do the rest. 

Variable speed settings mean that you can ramp up the power when you’re tackling a particularly tough patch, and you can replenish your line when needed thanks to the bump head which is fitted. 

The line trimmer also has a split shaft for more convenient transportation and storage.

Built with ease-of-use in mind, ergonomic design, super-fast charging and groundbreaking Powerload™ technology, the ST1400E-ST is a truly revolutionary tool. The machine will run for up to 60 minutes on a full charge of a 2.5Ah battery and the standard charger will fully recharge this battery in 50 minutes.

One 56 volt lithium-ion battery, which fits everything in the EGO Power+ cordless range, is required to power the brushless motor – see related items below to select your battery ampage and charger if needed.
