The CSX5000 is the first in a line-up of new generation EGO Power+ cordless rear handle chainsaws which meets the needs of commercial users who demand a ground saw to complete the toughest jobs. Balance is a key focus of the new design, ensuring the saw can be used for longer periods. With robust safety features and run-times as standard, the Pro X CSX5000 will enhance the productivity and protect the wellbeing of landscaping professionals and grounds maintenance teams.

Equipped with a long 50cm / 20″ guide bar and chain, the EGO Power+ CSX5000 is one of the most powerful rechargeable chainsaws of its kind to enable operators to cut faster while still maintaining great comfort and safety. The chainsaw will also accept a 40cm and 45cm bar and chain.

The CSX5000 utilises full chisel chains making cutting fast and efficient. Cutting at a high speed of 30m/s, the chainsaw provides all the power and torque you need to quickly cut through thick branches and larger logs. Metal lbumper spikes enable stable cross cutting. Tool-free chain tensioning makes adjustment simple, while its auto-lubrication feature keeps the chain moving freely at all times – it has a handy oil inspection window too.

The safety features include chain kickback and electric brake to protect teams while they work, as well producing lower noise levels, less vibration and zero emissions. And because they are quieter, lighter with no emissions and less vibration, teams can work comfortably for longer. 

The chainsaw is equipped with a high-efficiency brushless motor which delivers a smooth cut and extends the life of the tool and its run time. It also features a new display screen which clearly shows oil level, battery capacity and adjustable speed. The Pro X chainsaw is compatible with a number of battery options offering ultimate flexibility to complete any job, large or small.
